Due to continued expansion and significant investment, we are looking for Account Directors who are innovative, energetic and results driven to join our sales team. We are seeking self starting individuals who will be based in our busy City office.

Solution sales expertise is required in:

• Flexible working
• Infrastructure optimisation through virtualisation
• High availability and Disaster Recovery
• Bespoke support & managed services

The roles offer a basic salary with a generous monthly commission scheme. We are looking for the very best and if you've got what it takes to join a team of some of the best IT salespeople in the business, you'll be offered everything you need to make it happen.

Skills & Experience Required:
To apply for this role, you'll need to be based in the South East of the UK with an established employment history and be able to demonstrate the following:

• A track record of sales success in a technology focused environment, ideally with 4 years plus external sales experience.

• An attitude that is flexible to get involved to contribute towards achieving sales at all levels. This will include working within a team.

• A desire for personal growth and achievement of excellence.

• Being comfortable with selling to C level executives and being able to demonstrate your experience in pitching support and managed services.

• A proven ability to research, prospect and close new business as well as manage and maximize revenue from existing established accounts.

• Strong knowledge of virtualisation and other infrastructure technology solutions.

• Evidence of your success to date.

• A self starting "go-getting" attitude, with a desire to build a sizeable income.

• Strong organisational and time management skills with an understanding of the importance of recording and reporting of sales information and activity.

• A willingness to learn and develop your skills and potential.
